ROKM distributed Sewing Machines and Certificates among 75 women in Muzaffarabad who completed the AJK Toyota 6-month diploma course from 3 Vocational Centers. A ceremony was held in Muzaffarabad Azad Kashmir in which Ghulam Nabi Noshehri Chairman ROKM was the Chief Guest. Muhammed Ahmed, Bargedier Zafar Masood Ansari, Wing Commander Warasat Butt, Muhammed Shafiq Tareen, Mukhtar Ahmed Awan, Syed Abdullah Gilani, Dr. Mir Waiz Zida, Qazi Shahid Hameed, Molana Abdul Qadir, people from Business Community, Civil Society, and social welfare attended the event.

52 women completed the 6-month diploma course from 2 Vocational Centers administered by Relief Organization for Kashmiri Muslims. A special ceremony was held in Rawalakot Azad Kashmir in which Dr. Khalid Mehmood Khan was the Chief Guest. Brigadier Retired Zafar Masood Ansari, Wing Commander Warasat Butt, Doc. Mir Waiz Zia, Muhammed Naseem ROKM official team and people from the different fields had also participated in the ceremony.

ROKM organized the annual result ceremony of 13 Quran Centers in Muzaffarabad. 65 students completed the 6-month diploma course from 2 Vocational Centers administered by Relief Organization for Kashmiri Muslims. A special ceremony was held in Muzaffarabad Azad Kashmir in which position-holder students conferred prizes and certificates.
Ghulam Nabi Noshehri Chairman ROKM, Syed Abdullah Gilani, Qazi Shahid Hameed, Dr. Majid Muazam and others attended the ceremony.

Relief Organization for Kashmiri Muslims organized Qurbani Programe in Muzaffarabad and Hattianbala Azad Kashmir.
The meat is distributed among poor orphans and refugees.
